Custom Wire Distribution

Custom Wire allows you to customize your news distribution, by sending individual emails and/or faxes, to your proprietary list of journalists, analysts, stakeholders and other interested parties. Your contacts will receive an email and/or fax, from your designated address, containing your full-text news release. You can use Custom Wire as a complement to any Market Wire circuit or as a stand-alone distribution.

Complement your Press Release with Custom Wire
Market Wire makes it very easy for you to add a Custom Wire distribution to complement your standard press release distribution. When submitting your press release, simply select the option to add "Custom Email/FAX" and specify the Email/FAX list you want for distribution. Thereafter, your Custom Wire Email/FAX distribution will automatically occur in tandem with the distribution of your press release. It's that easy.

Other Ways to Use Custom Wire
You can use Custom Wire for all your other communication needs. A Custom Wire can be sent as a stand-alone distribution, i.e., independent of a press release. For example, you can send a newsletter, conference invitation, or memo using Custom Wire. We'll handle the distribution so you can concentrate on your business.

Online List Management
Custom Wire offers an array of powerful list management capabilities, including online editing, list merging, list importing, and list exporting. Through our user-friendly interface, you can painlessly upload your Custom Wire lists into our system. Market Wire will store an unlimited number of lists for future use. In addition, you may export your Custom Wire lists from our system to a CSV file at any time.

Personalization
Market Wire wants you to have a personal relationship with your Email/FAX recipients. When you distribute a Custom Wire via Market Wire, the message will have the appearance of coming directly from you. Plus, Market Wire provides you with the ability to personalize the content within your Custom Wire for each recipient. As an example, your Custom Wire message could have a heading of "Dear Mr. John Doe" for one recipient, and a heading that reads "Dear Ms. Jane Smith" for a different recipient.

Customized Letterhead
Market Wire will assist you in creating a letterhead for use with all of your Custom Wire distributions. A customized letterhead will further accentuate your company's brand and give your message a consistent look. You may elect to create multiple letterheads, which will all be stored on the Market Wire system. When submitting a Custom Wire, you simply choose the letterhead you want to use. There is a one time setup fee of $150 for each letterhead.

Automated Unsubscribe
With this optional feature, Market Wire's system will automatically handle the unsubscribe requests from your email recipients. Without this feature, you would have to receive unsubscribe requests directly from your email recipients and handle the removal manually. This automated unsubscribe will assist you in conforming to anti-SPAMMING laws. You will be able to view and override any system-generated unsubscribes using the Custom Wire list management interface.

Detailed Reports
Included with your Custom Wire distribution is a powerful reporting tool. With the included Custom Wire report, you can view the delivery status of your distribution in real-time. Know whether a FAX was sent successfully, and if not, discover the exact reason why. Know which email addresses bounced, and which recipients opened the email. Plus much more reporting, all included with your Custom Wire distribution.
